The dorm room is the cheapest in Hatyai I can say, but the bed is really clean & the washroom & shower is inside the room, so it isn't like other hostels, you no need to go outside for shower, better privacy for girls. Surrounding also not as sketchy like in Lee gardens area, so it's ok for girls walking around.

Great place to stay. Price is reasonable and the room was comfortable and massive. Highly recommended for family and couples. A bit far from the city center, if you like to walk it would be 15 minutes to the Kim Yong market.

Spacious room with a nice/minimalist/cozy design. Affordable hotels with complete facilities. They just do not provide iron clothes and the toilet is a bit smelly. However, I would like to praise their security guards, who are very helpful and kind.

Very clean room with comfortable bed..the dorm is very spacious and with private bath room. The common area is comfortable too.. Just a bit far from the centre by walking. But good for me as i prefer quiet and local places.

A simple yet impressive hotel in Hat Yai. The room is spacious, clean, and new. Besides, the room is cozy and I was kind of amazed that there is a water dispenser in the lounge for public use. We didn't have to worry about running out of water. The location of the hotel is a bit far away from Lee garden plaza, but there are quite a number of restaurants, 7-11, and of course small local vendors are worth giving a try. I would say although the location of the hotel is not very strategically placed, it's still very convenient to call a grab to many places, the price is around 65-98 baht per trip. In sum, I would definitely book this hotel when I revisit Hat Yai.

Siam Mansion exudes tremendous potential, boasting a beautifully adorned central building that captures the essence of elegance. However, my personal experience in the room left something to be desired, as it displayed signs of wear and lacked effective soundproofing. It's worth noting that renovations are underway, and one can only hope these issues will be promptly addressed. Situated in close proximity to the railway station, it serves as a convenient choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a brief stay.

Paid rm113 for the room with king bed + a single bed (fit for 3 pax) The room was spacious and importantly it was clean. The AC was cold enough. I had a great experience at SiamMansion. I recommend this place if you are in Hatyai. Note: Not walking distance to Lee garden

The family room was bigger, with 2 king size bed, has small sofa, 2 bean bags and fridge. Worth the money with family with kids. They has a common area at level 2, which has microwave and water dispenser.

Nice clean spacious room with affordable rates. Nothing much nearby but if you walk further you can reach Lee garden is less than 10 mins.
